1. Agreement and Apple’s standard EULA
These Terms govern your use of Quantactic. The app is licensed, not sold, through the Apple App Store. The Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom agreement supersedes it.
2. Informational use only
Quotes, charts, news, macro data, signals, forecasts, and AI responses are general informational and educational analysis. They are not personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Quantactic does not execute trades, connect to brokerage accounts, accept deposits, or manage investments.
3. Signals, forecasts, and AI
- Market information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.
- Signals describe analytical conditions; they are not offers or recommendations to buy or sell.
- Forecasts are probabilistic scenarios derived from historical market behavior. They are not guaranteed predictions, price targets, trading instructions, or investment advice.
- AI explanations are convenience features. Review them independently and do not rely on them as professional advice.
4. Quantactic Pro subscriptions
Quantactic Pro Monthly costs $4.99 per month and Quantactic Pro Annual costs $39.99 per year in the United States, or the regional price shown by Apple. Both unlock the same Pro feature tier and differ only in billing period and price. Payment is charged through your Apple Account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases in Quantactic when eligible.
Pro includes unlimited 7-day forecasts, full 30- and 90-day probabilistic outlooks, deeper model evidence, expanded private AI, higher research limits, and an ad-free experience.

5. Third-party services
Quantactic may contact market-data, macro-data, advertising, Apple, and App Store services. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we do not guarantee their availability or accuracy.
6. Availability and liability
Features and data sources may change or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantactic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Quantactic and its developer are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, trading losses, or business interruption arising from use of the app.
7. Changes and contact
